David L. Martin: A Reputation as a Tough Negotiator and Skilled Litigator

David L. Martin, Esq., graduated from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in September 1986.

Admitted to the New York State Bar on September 30, 1987, David Martin has become a respected Matrimonial Bar member.

On July 3, 1996, he was admitted to the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York. After being admitted, Mr. Martin started his career in the Legal Aid Society for The City of New York, Criminal Defense Division. He worked as a Criminal Defense Trial Attorney for three years before deciding to branch out and open his own Divorce and Family Law Firm.

Mr. Martin is a member of the Nassau County Bar Association, where he serves on the Matrimonial Committee. In addition, he is also a member of the Queens County Bar Association and serves on the Queens County Bar Association, Matrimonial Committee.
